Max's First Snowfall

Today in Elk River we got some snow- enough to shovel and bring Max outside and see what his reaction would be to this cold fluffy stuff. Now Vizslas are known to hate the cold and also the snow- but they are also known to love water, we figured out this summer that Max is scared of water, and we found out tonight that he LOVES the snow. He ran around our entire yard at lightening speed for about 15 straight minutes. He enjoyed biting and "catching" the snow as JJ shoveled too!

So it seems that Justin has a new shoveling buddy!
I on the other hand was only outside for a few short minutes to catch Max's first time in the snow....I've been laying in bed all day as I caught a flu bug late last night/early this morning. I've been feeling a little better this evening, but still trying to lay a little low so that I can go to work tomorrow. Let me spare you the gruesome details, however it was not a pretty sight! Good thing I'm feeling better now.....
This week brings my LAST class of the semester on Wednesday night - which I am pretty excited about! So my outlook is that it will be a good week.
