Well I have not really had much to write about
because life has been pretty darn boring since
because life has been pretty darn boring since
"living-it-up" in sunny Arizona. However this past weekend
we did attend a wedding shower for our cousin
Stephanie who will be marrying Chase in May.
(That is her in the middle- wearing Mini Mouse
Bridal ears....)
Unfortunately for our boy, Max- he has been spending
a lot of time at doggy-daycare over these past
few weeks. I know that he is completely tuckered out.
Last night I couldn't find him- until I walked into our bedroom
and saw this little brown head popping out over our covers...
Justin had to carry him out against ALL
of Max's will and might to stay put in our
comfy warm bed!
You will notice a difference in the photos below...
Normally our bedding is a dusty purple...
This is due to the fact that Max has taken such
a liking to our bed lately that he literally
thought that he would mark it as
his territory. In doggy-translation, he peed
all over our incredibly expensive duvet cover.
I mean, not just one single puddle. He "crop-dusted"
his urine ALL OVER our bed. I could detect his exact
walking pattern by the little dribbles circling
our entire duvet cover.
What do you do in those exact moments?!
What do you do in those exact moments?!
He's standing on his newly marked territory with
huge puppy-eyes looking at me as if to say,
"Oops! I don't think I was supposed to do that."
You can just laugh! The damage is already done-
and now you get to mark it up as another one
of Max's crazy doings!
On another note...the "Good Dog"
(I can still favor him, they are not technically human.)
Riley thought he would pose for a photo shoot.
He's incredibly shaggy, which is the way we prefer
him to be- but he is also incredibly matted.
He goes in Friday for a haircut and she could
quite possibly report us for animal neglect.
Riles is too darn cute!
