4th of July!

Here are some photos from our 4-day weekend

in Garrison, MN with Justin's family.

Below is one of the best sunsets I have ever

seen on Smith Lake.

The annual Smith Lake 4th of July parade.

I am getting too old for tubing excitement.

This year I walked away with a traumatic

brain injury from bonking heads with Meghan!

Our first annual
"Johnston Family 5K"

We eat SO MUCH at the cabin, that we

thought we'd start to incorporate a 5K run each year.

Justin made an awesome time of 24:00 and I came up

quite a bit later with 28:50.

I have some improving to do since we're running

an official 5K in a month.

"Green Day."

There is nothing official about this day.

One year a bunch of people all happened to

wear green on the same day and now we decided

to make it another 4th of July tradition!

(We're weird.I know.)

With Max at doggie daycare all week and

Riley tired from running around like crazy...

the boys are tuckered out and so are Justin and I.
