Last evening Justin and I attended a benefit in Saint Cloud
for children and teens who need a little extra support. The Boys and Girls Club of Minnesota sponsored the "Puttin on the Ritz" themed event. We had a ton of fun, great food, drinks, music and awesome silent auction prizes - all for a great cause!
-While at the event there was one individual who stood out tall!
Standing at 6 feet 9 inches, former Gopher Basketball player Kris Humphries was there!
Kris now plays for the Raptors, but it was cool to see a former Gopher player. (Yes, I am more excited about him being a former player of my favorite college team rather than focusing on the fact that he now plays for the NBA. Boo.)
Obviously, I had to run and call my father and than I built up enough courage to be that annoying fan asking him for a photo.
Now if only it would have been Lawrence Westbrook!
