The "Freshman 15" Ain't Got Nothing on Me.

Well here we sit at week 32. One more week until baby graduates to a "honeydew" instead of a squash. Then all that is left is a watermelon. (Which nobody wants to visualize before going into labor) So perhaps (in my mind) I will just stop at a honeydew. I passed my second glucose test. Apparently I was only over by 13 points on the first initial test and my doctor said that they really only get worried when someone is over by 100 points. (Thanks for putting me through the needle marathon for nothing!) I celebrated my passing by eating a brownie. :) I have proudly gained 20 pounds in 32 weeks, and still have 8 more weeks to go! According to many baby websites, we should have our bags packed this week for the hospital.....nothing like making it all seem more and more real. However, I am waiting until I actually go into labor to start packing. Nothing new otherwise...just freaking out a bit that our daughter will be here in 8 weeks!!

Some of you have been asking, and yes our friends Beth and Aaron who traveled to Russia to pick up there son have arrived back safely after a 21 day long trip! Beth, I cannot wait to meet your little guy! It was incredibly awesome to be talking to Beth on the phone and hear a little man in the background banging around!! Congratulations and I can finally breathe again now that you are home safely!! :)
