Today we hosted Mother's day at the Johnston residence in Elk River. It consisted of grilling and a delicious red velvet cake made by Tiff! It was nice to see the family and hang out for an afternoon. Also very weird to say goodbye, as the next time we will probably see them is in the hospital with a 7 - 8 pound addition!
Well tomorrow brings my last Monday of work at Pinewood until December. It makes the week seem a little more bearable. :) Just kidding, there are many things that I still need to wrap up and it will definitely be bittersweet saying goodbye to the kids. So even though I look forward to this last week, it will (and has) been very hard for me to say goodbye to my job and let go until December. -
