Update:
Hannah's rash is still hanging around. When the pediatrician checked her out she assured us that it was not a food allergy. She said generally when the rash is around the eyes it is environmental. Hannah has always sneezed a lot too- which is also an environmental reaction. The biggest clue yet, when she leaves the house for an extended period of time, the rash goes away! However, we are keeping a close eye on things that could have changed in our home.
1) There have been a lot of fresh flowers in our house from Hannah's baptism
2) Riley was groomed last week and so Hannah could be having a reaction to the products used and not necessarily him- so he will be getting a bath.
So we have given her room another good cleaning and Riley is no longer allowed in there for the time being. I feel bad because he is ALWAYS on the floor laying with her and when she wakes up from her naps he is the first to run in and put his paws up on the crib to look in and check on her. :(
She notices him a lot more and reaches out to try to grab him and put his tail or ears in her mouth. (No, we do not let her actually do that- she just tries.) Riley is so good, he just looks at her like she is crazy. Hopefully the rash will disappear soon. On the bright side, it does not seem to bother her at all!
