This is your last week of training for next weekends Twin Cities Marathon. I am so proud of you. I just want to send you a few reminders as you start the countdown to your insanity...I mean awesomeness.
First, make sure to eat lots of carbs.
I know that you will not have an issue with eating carbs, but nonetheless- I thought it was a good reminder. Second, make sure to fill up on your fluids...
Now take it easy this week. I'll see you on the sidelines cheering you on.
