5 Months!

Out little bug is 5 months today.

Age: 22 Weeks

Stats: 20.2 pounds

Best Moment This Month: Sitting on her own- such a big girl!

What I Miss: Breast-milk-diapers. Seriously, solids REALLY stink up those diapers!

Working On: Still has not rolled over since like week 7- but we're working on it! We are also working on not gagging ourself. She has always loved to suck her fingers, but has not learned cause and effect so she sticks them so far in that she gags herself. Oh....and Justin taught her how to stick out her tongue and vibrate it so that she can spit. I am not kidding. She spits on me all day long and thinks that it is hilarious. Thanks Daddy. (Pictures of her gagging herself and spitting are below.)

Holy Cow!: She drools. A......LOT. But where are those teeth?!

Loves: Anything that moves, makes noise and lights up. She also loves to stand.

Hates: Really loud noises. She is still pretty jumpy, but getting better. Oh yeah, and carrots. Hates those things.

Milestones: Conquered her first cold, can sit up on her own in control. However, cannot get out of the sitting position independently....yet.

Bragging Rights: Still a sleeper- and we try not to take it for granted. But it's pretty spectacular.

Looking Forward To: Halloween!.....she has a cute costume!

A few more STATS that I want recorded. It will be fun to compare if we ever have more children. (Justin was ready to "make more babies" about 6 weeks ago.)

~ Hannah is wearing 12-18month clothing

~ She's ready to be in size 4 diapers (yes, you read that correctly...size 4.)

~ She eats 7-8 ounces 4-5 times a day

~She loves strawberries and sweet potatoes...absolutely HATES carrots. She only gets solids at night.

~ She sits all by herself!

~ Sleeps from 8:15pm until 6:30am...and even funnier- she actually sleeps later on the weekends! (This kid is a genius!)

~ Loves walks outside

~ Hannah is very laid back, she can entertain herself for long periods of time and just kinda goes with the flow
