What's Cookin?

Being a stay-at-home mom has allowed me to brush up on my cooking and baking skills. I have actually enjoyed it.....it just takes a little extra planning and time, which I do not have when I am working, so I (and Justin's taste buds) will take full advantage of it now!
Tonight's menu is:
Fried Round Steak, Mashed Potatoes, White Country Gravy & Green Beans
Justin has been in heaven lately.

(I think this meal alone calls for 2 extra hours at the gym tomorrow!)
