Hannah is currently tackling her very first flu-bug. We knew that she had been exposed and her odds of getting it would be likely....On Tuesday at daycare, Laura had warned us that she had not had any kids on Monday as the flu went through her house all weekend. This morning Justin went in to get Hannah, and there she was laying in a whole lot of puke. Poor thing did not even cry when it happened!! (I feel so bad about that, this kid needs to learn that crying will get our attention and we can come help her!!) She has a small temp. so I will be monitoring her today. So far she is doing alright. I can tell that she does not feel well, all she wants is to be held, snuggled and hugged. (I am not complaining about this part.) She has no color in her face and has had some diarrhea....she just seems so sad. Poor thing.
Tomorrow was supposed to be her first full day at daycare. Looks like she got out of that one! Since I am at a workshop tomorrow in the cities, it looks like it will be a Daddy-day.
Hopefully she'll tackle this little bug soon-I want my happy and healthy baby back.
