Sibling Night...

We had an impromptu sibling evening last night. Tiff and Thomas came up to see Hannah and decided to stay for dinner, drinks and some old fashioned board game fun....

(This is Thomas' lion that he sculpted...you can totally tell what it is.)

Poor Tiff she doesn't even have a chance, Thomas sculpting again...
Justin and I high-fiving because we (of course) kicked their butts!
(Tiff was upset that they lost...)
Next up!
It quickly turned into a violent arguing match as we debated answers.
No Tiff....you cannot find eels on a beach. (Maybe in the ocean) But the question was clearly things you find on a beach. And no Justin, walruses are not black, and no Thomas, Winston Churchill is not a superhero. Batman is a superhero.
We had to end Scattergories early because it got very hostile. We were to the point where we were googling every single answer or we were "phoning friends" for their input.
It was a really fun night for everyone who didn't have to go to work the next day....sorry Justin.
:)

Oh my gosh! Your Scattergories experience is exactly why we had to abolish that game from our sibling game night choices. We had heated debates over things like...

"What is found in an ocean?"
"Garbage. There's lots of trash there! Yes there is! There is so!"

"Things you'd see in a park?"
"Posing Polar Bears. In some parks, they have zoos! And I get double points because I used TWO "P" words in my answer."

We stick to Monopoly or Phase 10 now...
