11 Months

Best Moment This Month: The best moment this month came when she was sick- but being sick is not the best part. However, I did soak up the moments where she would snuggle with me and fall asleep in my arms. I am having a very hard time with my baby turning one. So the best moment this month for me was when Hannah laid in my arms and snuggled me for hours.

What We Miss: When she sat still for pictures. It's impossible to get a good one now...

Working On: Independent play, walking with only one hand being held, attaching words to people and things.....right now everybody and everything is either "Dadda or Baby."
Holy Cow: We have had our share of "sick" this year. Little H tackled Pneumonia this past month and it stunk.

Loves: Fruit and vegetables. If you didn't know us, you would think we were raising a vegetarian. She sorts through all her meats to get to the veggies and fruit! She also has a love for turning the pages of all her cardboard books and listening to her Daddy imitate every animal in the zoo, forest or jungle.

Hates: When she is not being held.

Milestones: Top four teeth are coming in! She's cruising along furniture and pulling herself up on everything! She claps her hands, dances and is close to blowing kisses!

Looking Forward To: Summer and trying to sign us up for some classes together through Elk River's early childhood program...I am thinking infant swimming lessons are in our future! (The average person may put that they are looking forward to the first birthday....but I am not.) Have I mentioned how hard it is for me that she is turning one?!?!

Other Stats: Size 5 diapers, 24-2T clothing, three meals a day and three bottles, somewhere around 24 pounds, two naps about two hours each a day...

My dearest Hannah,

You are growing into such a big girl and the time is sailing by way too fast. We love you more than anything, keep shining your light onto people- you are one special little girl. Happy 11 months baby!
