Before we get too ahead of oursevles with "sunshiny" posts...Let us first reflect on our little lady who has discovered her God-given right to be defiant. Yes....she puts the "D" in the word defiant. It is actually quite humorous the way she arches her back, creates fists and starts throwing her arms around like she is a minature hulk-hogan. But watch out...cute as it can be, it doesn't stop until she gets her way. (Does she have her mommy and daddy trained, or what?!) Yes, we must work on this newest parenting development...

Now...back to those sunshiny moments...With this gorgeous weather we have been soaking up the sun each moment that we can get. Hannah likes the outdoors so much that she easily discovered how to open the sliding screen door and enjoys wandering out onto the deck to test her limits. (We need a gate for the deck stairs ASAP!)
Lastly, Justin and I are still deciding if her "toothy" grin is cute...or scary. I got this perfect shot the other day.....Hello my little gap-tooth baby! :)
Hope this weather sticks around- especially on Saturday for Hannah's big partay!! (Yes, I said "parTay!"....because that is what it is. One big event that Hannah could probably care less about- but I seem to be going all out, just to keep my mind off that fact that my baby is turning one.) No judgements, people! :)

babies need to have gaps in-between their teeth so they have room for when their adult teeth grow in :)
