Dear Laura,

Yesterday was Hannah's last day with our most wonderful daycare provider that Hannah will ever have the opportunity of having. We count our blessings for the year and a half that Hannah was able to be in Laura's care. Laura genuinely loved all of her children and gave Hannah the absolute best care that we could ever ask for. (Plus she put up with Justin and I as first time parents, so a lot of credit goes there too!) We are happy for Laura and her decision to retire and wish her all the best. Hannah will miss Laura and all of her friends at "Laura's Little Buds." Here are some photos from when we picked Hannah up one final time...

Despite how Hannah looks in the photos above, she really does LOVE Laura. It's just that she also really loves her friend, Jesse. (Who was standing off to the side, and Hannah wanted nothing more than to give poor Jesse a huge for the hundreth time.) I know that I have blogged about little Jesse before. I think that it is fair to call him Hannah's "first love." Even when we are at home...everything has to do with Jesse. She probably says Jesse's name more than mine and Justin's. Well here is the adorable man himself:

We have always chuckled that with their dark hair and eyes that they could pass as siblings....looks like they will have to reunite in high school now. :)

Finding someone to care for your child when you cannot be there is one of the hardest searches in the world. At first I thought we would never be 100% satisfied with someone...but Laura so easily taught us to trust and I know that we can do that again. Hannah will start at her new daycare on Wednesday. Until then, Hannah is officially on vacation at her Grandma and Grandpa's while I have conferences all Monday and Tuesday. Have a great weekend everyone!
