Snow....Really?!

:+: Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow :+:

I really should not have been outside snapping these

photos seeing as I am convinced that I have influenza....

However, the boys are just so darn cute and too

irresistible that I caved in and brought them outside

while Justin shoveled. Max ran at high speeds for

30 minutes straight and still managed to destruct

our home like a tornado once he came in...Riley

on the other hand, came in as a snowball and continued to

melt throughout the night all over our floors, furniture

and bed....

They sure like the snow!

I've come up with a list of,

"You Know You're A Johnston If..."

Amongst the items that make up this

list are things like:

1. You do a gift exchange for the dogs on Christmas

2. Alcoholic beverage flow like water every family event

3. You own a Ford Focus

4. You have made Aunt Barb's Black Bean Salsa at least 102 times

5. If you're unsure of the actual reason why we go to the cabin,

for the lake, or as an excuse to drink?

....and the list continues...

However, the one thing that the Johnstons do

that I forever vowed that I would never do is

crossword puzzles....

I am saddened to say that the Johnston Family

has gotten to me. I have fallen victim to LOVING crossword

puzzles. In fact I've found myself looking forward to crawling

into bed at night just to do another one!

My only problem is that once I start a puzzle, I cannot

do anything else until I've finished it.

(It's made for some late nights.)
