Duluth II

My battle with Blogger continues as it will not allow me to post photos in larger sizes....so until it gets figured out, feel free to click on the photo to see it larger. (Argh. So. Annoying.)

Here are some more photos from the Kahler family trip up North. Such as awesome time staying right on Lake Superior being spoiled with an awesome condo, good food and family memories. S'mores, swimming, hiking, watching my brother navigate his way on crutches, eating, and great Minnesota views....
Now on with some photos!

Kahler Family Vacation

Just got back from our annual Kahler Family vacation up North. No cell phones, no distractions, just quality time with the family. I am tired and there is a whole lot of laundry and unpacking to do during Hannah's nap today- but here are just a few quick photos of what is to come....

Thank You to Mom and Dad for another great vacation with your kids and grandbabies!

Weekend Review

Sometimes I do not know if I am coming or going these days- but what I do know for absolute sure is that I have exactly 4 more days of work until SUMMER! Now off with some photos from this past weekend's crazy events. First, let's stop to take in how my little girl "smiles." It goes something like this: I say, "Cheese!" and she immediately scrunches up her face into a "Hannah-Smile."

...and then apparently she has a question....

In more exciting news, Hannah had her very first graduation/show week! She was able to show off all her latest gymnastic skills and was honored by receiving a medal for all of her accomplishments!

Wonderful Teacher Katie....

Apparently we receive gifts for moving up a level in gymnastics...how appropriate, she was gifted a trampoline from her Grandma and Grandpa.

In other news, my mother turned 65 and so being the fabulous guy that he is- my father threw her a day of surprises. Starting off with hosting a surprise reception for everyone at church.

Justin found the book below in the church library and thought it would be funny to place it on the cake table...but seeing as the average age of my parent's congregation is 92, I am sure the laughs would be far and few between. Oh-well...we thought it was funny.

The celebration continued with my dad inviting my mom's family in from Wisconsin to join us for lunch at Kozlaks...

SURPRISE!

It was a well choreographed day by Dad.

Happy big 6-5 Mom!

CPA In Training

This afternoon, Hannah helped Papa with taxes. She was even caught biting her tongue....just like Papa does!!

-

"Grandpa" is now "Papa" because otherwise everyone is "Grandma." (Did you follow that?!) And "Grandma" comes out more like, "Jamma." No matter what she calls you, it's all pretty stinking cute.

So excited to have a little niece...her due date is the same as Hannah's was...May 18th! How fun to have two little girls in the family....May cannot come soon enough!

This is where I would normally dump endless amounts of photos of people opening gifts...but this year I did not really have my camera out much. Amongst the wrapping paper shots and gifts scattered all over, I did however find these two photos of Hannah with her Grandpa Kahler, and I couldn't resist posting them.
