
I am issuing a 23 day notice for EVICTION. Tenant will have a maximum of 23 days, deadline of May 18th, 2010 in which she can either gather her belongings and vacate the premises independently, or wait until the final day and be physically removed. The tenant will receive extra blessings shall she decide to vacate prior to her deadline of May 18th, 2010.
She is being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house (within reasonable limits), were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made without consent.
Remodeling of the home in its entirety was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. Due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper and lower levels of the home. On top of which the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances.
If after 23 days, the tenant has still not left the premises, further and more forceful action will be taken.
You have hereby been served your EVICTION NOTICE.
