Home Sweet Home

The best homecoming ever! I finally got to hug and snuggle my sweet little girl! I missed changing dirty diapers, I missed her cries and I definitely missed her smiles and talking! We owe my parents BIG time! The came up and stayed in Elk River for 4 nights and cared for Hannah while we were gone. The cleaned our house, did the laundry- and don't think that I did not notice that amongst pulling our weeds- you also cleaned our windows!!!! Haha, you are hired mom and dad! On top of all of this, they broke Hannah of napping in our bed! She now naps in her crib!! Glorious.
A note from Hannah:
Dear Grandpa and Grandma,
Thank you so much for taking care of me while mom and dad were out celebrating (without me). I had a great time with you and have been talking non-stop since you left. I enjoyed all of our walks, going to church and even going out for breakfast with you guys! You're the greatest!
Love,
Hannah

On an unrelated note...I have turned into a frugal old woman. Look at all the crap I stole from the hotel!! I heart Aveda products (you can blame my mother, I grew up using them) but now I simply cannot justify spending 24 dollars on a small bottle of shampoo, however- our hotel's shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap AND lotion were all AVEDA! So everyday, I hid the bottles in my suitcase so it appeared as if we were all out....and walla! More and more FREE Aveda products.

Cut me some slack, at least I did not steal them off the maid's cart...which I was tempted to do every time we walked past her....

Lastly, I would like to say:

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL MY EDUCATOR FRIENDS OUT THERE. ENJOY A FRESH START TO A NEW SCHOOL YEAR! MAY IT BE FILLED WITH NOTHING BUT WELL BEHAVED AND SELF-MOTIVATED STUDENTS!
