Well, so far we survived. I did not curl up into fetal position and cry the whole time in Chicago because I missed Hannah so much, and I was able to enjoy my time here with Justin. However, it will be a VERY long time before I leave her for this long again...
On our last night here, we took the river walk to Navy Pier where we enjoyed a music and firework show. It was the perfect ending to a perfect 5 year anniversary getaway.

Justin still had not yet eaten Chicago-style
deep dish pizza and so we were on a mission to get to Gino's East. A famous pizza joint right off of Michigan Avenue. It was late and we are tired and blistered from walking all over the city- so we hired the guy below to bike us there! He drove in the MIDDLE of 4-lane roads. Let me tell you, people in Chicago drive like nuts- so it was quite the adventure being on a bike, not in control, and having cars fly past you on both sides as we consumed one lane to ourselves as if we
were a vehicle.

Let me tell you, it was worth every penny because we were way farther off of Michigan than we had thought. We ended up (safely) at Gino's where Justin was able to eat up his
deep dish! The restaurant atmosphere was awesome (as all places are in Chicago) the ENTIRE place was
graffitied! It was really cool....

Happy Anniversary Babe, I had a great time in Chicago!
Now I cannot wait to get home and snuggle my little bug! Next time Hannah-babe, you are coming with!
