A Lot to be Thankful For

As every holiday is...
We were a very busy little family. It is safe to say that our tummies never went hungry!
We started off at the Kahler household...

Hannah ate her very first Thanksgiving meal. Complete with turkey and mashed potatoes!

Then it was off to the Johnstons for meal number 2! We realized that exactly one year ago- Thanksgiving dinner at Aunt Barb's house, we announced that we were expecting! (Aunt Barb was so excited that she almost choked on her turkey!)....wow has life come a long way since one year ago!

A shout-out to the Texans!

Now we are back at home- just for the night. Justin is claiming that this entire weekend is "his weekend" because his birthday is tomorrow. We lunched with the Kahlers at Lindey's Prime Steakhouse in honor of Justin's birthday, and I promised him a homemade cheesecake. So after a Thanksgiving meal, a steak dinner and cheesecake- I would like to barf.

So after a jam-packed two days, we are home for one night, and then we're back at it again!
I would also like to share something that my folks had done...
They know someone at church who is 80 years old and paints in amazing watercolor. They had this portrait of Hannah done. It is so amazing that it looks like a real photograph!
