It is nearly 10pm on Sunday night. Both Hannah and Justin are already sound asleep. Completely tuckered out from a long and busy weekend. Sit back and grab a cup of coffee, because this post is going to take a while!...
Saturday morning we woke up early. Hannah and I prepared Justin a birthday breakfast complete with blueberry pancakes. I am unsure about Justin, but Hannah was in heaven!....
Then I was off to my beautiful friend Brittney's baby shower. Jen and I hosted many old friends as we celebrated the coming of little baby Rogowski at the end of this month! (Why do I not have any photos from the afternoon?!)

After the shower, I was off to continue celebrations! Grandpa Johnston was turning 85! He hosted a big party to celebrate along with Justin, Thomas and Uncle Mike's birthdays! There were a ton of people who came out...
I found these boys playing the cruelest game with my daughter while Justin was supposed to be feeding her dinner! They each stuck a puff to their finger and it was a game to see which boy's puff Hannah decided to chomp onto....
The guys were so into this that once she selected the lucky puff the boys hoot and hollered at the winner!....They made so much noise that it scared my poor Hannah half-to-death....
(Great game Daddy!!!)
Here is the annual attempt to get ONE good photo of the boys together on their birthday...
The partying did not stop there! After Grandpa's 85th party- Justin and I headed to my parents, tucked little H into bed for the night and we were off to downtown Saint Paul's Barrio Tequila Bar for the second annual birthday event.
It was SO NICE for both Justin and I to catch up with some old friends that we do not see often enough. Thanks to my parents for getting up with Hannah the next day and taking her to church, we were both able to fully enjoy the night. We went to bed about 5 hours past our bedtime....gosh, we are rebellious!

Today, we were up and at'em again! Since us Kahlers are such a "green" environmentally friendly family, we celebrated the season by chopping down four trees!
:)
We headed to the tree farm in Hugo and went hunting for that perfect tree!....
With the gorgeous weather today- it made everything perfect for Hannah's first tree-chopping experience!
So one of our busiest weekends is behind us. Justin's birthday candles have been blown out for one more year. We celebrated MANY things to be Thankful for and now I am headed to bed to snuggle under the warm covers and get ready for a jam-packed last week at home.
Good Night.

Man you guys are busy! I was cracking up about the boys-puffs-Hannah game. Such a guy thing! I love the last picture of the candles, too.
