Hello Mr. Nikon!

Today after our little shopping spree where Justin also scored a new phone we had family plans to go out for dinner. It was our way to embrace our new family changes and celebrate how fortunate we have already been with me being home for 7 months. I tried really hard to enjoy dinner- but I did not care about our food...all I wanted to do was run home and play with my new camera!!

:)

I wonder if I am causing any damage to Hannah's eyes from all the flashes that she has had to endure....

I have only been able to play with the camera for about two hours however my initial feedback is that with time, I will fall in love. All the functions are completely opposite from Canon and so I am still a little slow to operate. However the Nikon offers way more special features than my previous Canon. The quality of the photos is so much better and the camera just opperates on a higher level. Although this Nikon was double the price of my last camera I think it will be well worth the money.

I am just happy to have an operating camera to capture Hannah's first Christmas. Especially when she meets Santa for the first time tomorrow afternoon!

I am going to go snuggle in bed now with my heated blanket and a warm cup of tea.

Goodnight.
